After several attempt we found the pipe that burst. Plastic pipes had been used in the installation of the new bathroom above and one of the plastic fittings was not pushed together correctly.
And this is the photos of the burst pipe that caused the problem, this 22mm pipe could have been pumping out water for some time before it was discovered. Now the problem has been found drying out of the damaged property can start. As we have our own drying equipment dehumidifiers were installed immediately, water vacuums were used on the carpets and as much water was removed from the property as soon as possible. After 8 days the property was ready for redecorating and the new owners were able to move in shortly afterwords.
