The owner of this property had only just purchased it when she found water damage in one of the bedrooms.

The problem was from a burst pipe in the bathroom and because nobody had bean living in the property for some months the water had completely saturated the floor and all the walls
At the moment we are in the process of drying out the property with the use of dehumidifiers, at this time of the year dehumidifier hire becomes very hard and expensive as the demand for dehumidifiers is high.
